At AnimalHub, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

Violations of this policy may result in immediate account suspension, reporting to authorities, and permanent bans.

Introduction

At AnimalHub, we are committed to creating a safe and positive community for all users, especially young people, We welcomes the introduction of the Child Safety Standards Policy. This policy is an important step in ensuring that services offered on the platform meet the highest standards for protecting children and young people.

We are committed to ensuring the safety of minors and strictly prohibit any content or activity that exploits or endangers children. This includes:

• Regularly reviewing the app’s content and functionality to ensure compliance with the policy.

• Implementing mechanisms to report and address policy violations.

• Training our employees on the importance of protecting minors.

If any suspicion arises, we take immediate and comprehensive action. This includes restricting the communication capabilities of the suspected account and conducting a thorough review of the reported behavior by our safety team. If the suspicion is confirmed, the account will be permanently banned, and the case may be referred to the relevant authorities.

Reporting & Moderation System

We are committed to removing content unsuitable for children and young people from our platform. Users can report harmful or development-impairing content in the app with just a few taps.

Our robust moderation system, featuring a high number of moderators and quick response times, ensures that harmful or development-impairing content is removed promptly and does not remain publicly visible for long. Our moderation and automated detection systems are designed to identify and remove harmful content. Users are encouraged to report any suspicious behavior or content through our in-app reporting tools or by contacting support directly.
